Mr. Dange holds distinguished degrees in Commerce and Law, along with postgraduate qualifications in Business Administration and Development from Nagpur University, Pune University, and the University of Bath, U.K. He commenced his career as an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer in 1973 with the Maharashtra Cadre. Over the course of nearly four decades, he has garnered extensive, hands-on experience through his service in various capacities. He has held key positions ranging from Sub-Divisional Magistrate to the Chief Secretary of the Government of Maharashtra, during which he developed deep expertise in coordinating with government bodies and multiple agencies at district, state, and central levels.
